HI! I AM DE’QUAN GAUSE
I’m a Graphic Designer and Custom Artist currently located in Atlanta, Georgia. I graduated from Radford University with a concentration in Graphic Design and a Minor in Marketing.
Expressing emotion through art is one of the main goals of everything that I create. I am a designer deeply influenced by street art and minimalism, and I enjoy the challenge of making these two distinct styles coexist. Using minimalism as a framework allows me to focus on the layout and structure of my designs. Incorporating elements of street art allows me to “think outside the box” and creatively integrate emotion and other unique components into a piece.
For me, combining these styles results in the production of eye-catching, thought-provoking, inspirational works of art. My work is focused on making art accessible and aesthetically pleasing. As a designer, I want the viewer to be pleased and even surprised by what I’ve created, and I also want to inspire others to explore their own creativity as well.
